Imperial caviar, Beluga caviar, Assetra caviar, and Sevruga caviar
Since 1998 caviar has been controlled under "CITES" (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species) and Caviar Luxe aims to continue with these efforts by providing quality caviar within all the regulated laws. At Caviar Luxe we are proud to serve the industry as one of the most environmentally aware operations. Our resources are directly controlled by CITES, so as to ensure the highest quality for our customers, and the longevity of the fish we are so proud of. Please note to prevent any misuse of the Iranian Caviar's title in the international markets, each can of Caviar is placed in a piece of net which has been sealed on both sides with consecutive digits.
To prevent any misuse of the ‘Iranian Caviar' title in the international market, each can of Caviar is placed in a piece of net which has been sealed on both sides with consecutive digits. Then every three cans are placed in a linen bag, which is stamped with our seal of excellence. Eventually, every four bags is placed inside a sealed wooden box. These exclusive seals have been registered at the international level and come in three colors including Blue, Yellow and Red which represent respectively Beluga, Asetra and Sevruga Caviars. This is how you
can be certain Iranian Caviar is genuine.
Grades 1 & 2 of Caviar are packed in 1800 gram containers; under suitable conditions these can be stored for a year. For domestic use, foreign tourists, or those traveling abroad, 30, 50, 100, 200 and 300 gram metal tins and glass jars are available. Furthermore, the pressed caviar is packed and exported in 30-50 kilogram barrels. Transportation of caviar is of great importance to us. When transporting
this substance, extreme care and caution must be observed. Caviar is delivered by airplane and under controlled temperature.
