:: Golden Asetra

From imported Caspian Sea Sturgeon ... the word caviar is reserved for the eggs of sturgeon, an ocean fish that lives mainly in the Caspian Sea, which borders Iran and Russia. There are actually four distinct types available.
This exceptional caviar has a warm golden hue with grains similar in size to that of Beluga. Golden Asetra offers a sweet, succulent, nutty flavor with champagne overtones. It's glistening, golden
yellow color is what sets it apart from Asetra and is unsurpassed in caviar color presentation.
Shelf life for Iranian caviars are 8-12 weeks, in refrigeration of 28-30 degrees, unopened.
Opened Caviar should be consumed within the first 3-6 days and should always be refrigerated.
Caviar is perishable and must be shipped via Overnight Delivery.

:: Beluga

From imported Caspian Sea Sturgeon ... the word caviar is reserved for the eggs of sturgeon, an ocean fish that lives mainly in the Caspian Sea, which borders Iran and Russia. There are actually four distinct types available.
The Beluga sturgeon is Larger than Asetra, weighing between 80 and 200 pounds, with maturation time of 12 to 14 years. Asetra caviar, like Beluga, has a large grain. Asetra has the same sweetlysucculent, nutty flavor as Golden Asetra, with the exception is that the grain is more deep brown in color.
Shelf life for Iranian caviars are 8-12 weeks, in refrigeration of 28-30 degrees, unopened.

:: Sevruga

Sevruga sturgeon has a long pointed muzzle ... it's distinctive shape is known throughout the world. Unlike Beluga or Asetra, it only takes this sturgeon 7 years to mature. The caviar has a medium grain with a strong flavor and delicate texture. The caviar ranges in color from dark gray to an almost brownish-black.
